Lost or Damaged Packages

Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of any shipping damage, as these may be needed to assist with a carrier claim.

Returns

Our free shipping policy applies to the original shipment to you.

If you return a product under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as PEMF Essentials is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
